I would just like to say how delighted we are with the worktop installed yesterday.  The level of service, the product and the quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish.  

Your employees arrived on time (or early which is even better in my book) were professional, friendly and took an obvious pride in the company, the product and their work. 

Whatever your secret is perhaps you could market it other service providers.
