Sarah Beeny, Rise Hall 2
We have been involved with Sarah Beeny’s Rise Hall restoration project for a number of years, supplying and installing kitchen and bathroom surfaces, in the process clocking up more than eight different installations.
For the latest phase of room renovations, focusing on the south wing of Rise Hall, Sarah has drawn upon the magical aesthetics of our Trend Italian glass mosaic tiles range. The inimitable geometric style of Trend’s Liberty ‘designer’ collection is featured in two newly upgraded bathrooms, in iridescent red and shining silver. Elsewhere, our water-resistant, agglomerate abounds as wall coverings, shower liners, bath panels and hard flooring.
Each interior has been designed individually, with one bathroom lined throughout with distinctive Fire Beige agglomerate sheeting, creating a wetroom effect. Another is emblazoned with Liberty Red mosaic, against Polar White wall cladding and steps, which are reflected in room-length mirroring.
Yet another bathroom features our pre-grouted Brillante ‘mosaics on a mattress’ splashback material, here used imaginatively as a waist-high frieze and set against subdued Sabbia D’Oro panelling for the bath and vanity units.
Whilst in the innovative Narnia en-suite, Sarah and her husband Graham Swift have used the moisture-proof, easy care properties of Polar Ice agglomerate to install a virtual wetroom in a wardrobe, with silver Liberty mosaic contributing a sparkling feature panel that is illuminated with halogen downlights.
As with all the bathroom and bedroom makeovers at Rise Hall, created using our finishing materials, these latest interiors are highly distinctive and should hopefully inspire homeowners who might not have believed that dilapidated rooms, as initially encountered by Sarah and Graham, could be so comprehensively transformed. The fact that we carry out all the renovation work and provide a lifetime material warranty comes as a welcome added bonus.
